Terms of Service

These Terms of Service govern access to and use of zhopu.com and purchases made through Zhopu. By using the store or placing an order, you agree to these terms to the extent permitted by applicable law.

Use of the store

You must use Zhopu lawfully. By making a purchase, you represent that you have the legal capacity to enter into the transaction or the necessary authorization where permitted by law.

You may not use the store for fraud, abuse, unauthorized access, system interference, abusive automated data extraction, malware distribution, impersonation, or illegal activity.

Customer accounts

If you create an account, you are responsible for keeping your credentials secure and for providing accurate, current information. Contact us as soon as possible if you suspect unauthorized access.

Product information and availability

We work to display descriptions, images, colors, sizes, and specifications accurately, but appearance may vary due to device settings, lighting, manufacturing, or production batches. Measurements may include reasonable tolerances.

Availability may change without notice, and products may be modified or removed when necessary.

Prices, currency, taxes, and charges

Prices are shown in the currency displayed in the store or checkout. Unless stated otherwise, prices may not include taxes, import duties, customs fees, or other charges imposed by the customer's jurisdiction.

We may correct obvious pricing or information errors. If an error affects an order already placed, we may contact you to continue with corrected information or cancel and refund the order, subject to applicable law.

Orders and acceptance

Submitting an order does not guarantee final acceptance. We may reject or cancel an order because of lack of availability, obvious errors, inability to verify payment, suspected fraud, legal restrictions, or delivery problems.

If we cancel a paid order, we will issue the applicable refund to the original payment method.

Payments

Payments may be processed by third-party providers. By submitting a payment method, you represent that you are authorized to use it. Zhopu does not control bank or payment-provider authorization, hold, or settlement times.

Suppliers, fulfillment, and shipping

Zhopu may work with suppliers, warehouses, fulfillment partners, and carriers in different countries. As a result, items in the same order may ship separately and have different transit times.

Delivery timeframes are estimates unless expressly stated otherwise. Customs, carriers, high demand, weather, force majeure, or other circumstances outside our control may cause delays.

You are responsible for providing a complete and accurate delivery address. If you notice an error, contact us immediately; changes cannot be guaranteed once processing begins.

Customs and imports

For international orders, the customer may be responsible for taxes, duties, customs fees, or other destination charges unless the store expressly states that such charges are included.

Cancellations, returns, and refunds

Cancellations, returns, replacements, and refunds are governed by our Return & Refund Policy, which forms part of these Terms. Mandatory consumer rights will prevail where applicable.

Promotions

Promotions may be subject to dates, availability, exclusions, customer limits, or additional conditions. Benefits obtained through fraud, manipulation, or abuse may be cancelled, subject to applicable law.

Intellectual property

The Zhopu name, logos, store design, original text, graphics, and other proprietary content are protected by applicable intellectual-property laws. Manufacturer, supplier, and third-party trademarks and images remain the property of their respective owners.

User-submitted content

If you submit reviews, comments, photographs, or other content, you represent that you have the right to share it and that it does not infringe third-party rights. Where the relevant feature allows it, you authorize Zhopu to use that content to operate, moderate, or display the store, subject to our Privacy Policy and applicable law.

Third-party services

Zhopu relies on third-party services, including Shopify, payment processors, carriers, and other integrations. Those services may be governed by separate terms and policies.

Privacy

Our handling of personal information is governed by our Privacy Policy.

Service availability

We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free availability. We may perform maintenance, make changes, or temporarily suspend certain features.

Warranties and liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, we do not provide warranties beyond those expressly stated or those that applicable law does not allow us to exclude.

To the fullest extent permitted, Zhopu will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from use of the store. Where monetary liability may lawfully be limited, total liability relating to a purchase will generally not exceed the amount paid for the order giving rise to the claim.

Nothing in these Terms limits liability or consumer rights that the law does not permit to be limited.

Force majeure

We are not responsible for delays caused by events outside our reasonable control, including natural disasters, conflicts, strikes, transportation disruptions, government restrictions, customs closures, or similar events.

Severability

If any provision is found invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions will continue in effect to the extent permitted by law.

Governing law

To the extent permitted by law, these Terms are interpreted under the applicable laws of the Dominican Republic, without limiting mandatory consumer protections that may apply in your country or region.

Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms to reflect operational, commercial, or legal changes. The current version will be the version published on Zhopu with its effective date.
